Bothell TOWNHOMES

This project consists of a larger residential development in Bothell, WA which includes multiple variations of multifamily buildings. These townhomes use exterior modulation and material changes to exude a three dimensional and contemporary facade, with strategic window placement to maximize natural light.

The building features include corner balconies, overhanging and stepped floors, sleek mono-sloped flat roofs, and custom canopies.

The structural design incorporated engineered lumber to achieve non-stacking wall conditions, as well as a finessed lateral analysis to maximize window space and to work within the confines of aspect ratio limitations.

Specific care is taken in structural design decisions to increase constructability and decrease cost.
