L120 provides new construction services, remodel and renovation services, site-work services, tenant-improvement services, and general consultation services for residential and commercial projects. Some of our specialty work includes custom high-end or luxury residential projects ranging from cabins in the mountains to luxury beach-front condos. We’ve also accumulated an expansive portfolio of remodel and renovation jobs ranging from house-lifting to full story additions and more.
